Linens, white cloths, black or white napkins, chairs, tables, silverware, plates, and glasses. Lighting, music, DJ, and decorations are the client's responsibility.

Yes, the staff does as part of the $225.00 set up fee.
It generally takes the staff 1 hour to flip the room after a ceremony.
Any time after 9 AM is just fine.
No confetti is allowed and all candles must have votive holders or chargers to keep the wax contained.
No photography restrictions.
All music, iPods, iPads, laptops, phones, and DJs must be done with all songs by 12 AM.
No staffing fees. We include staff based on the final count and style of the reception.
Security is not required for our venue.

Yes, we do! A designated amount of rooms of various types are set aside in a block under the wedding name at a special rate. Your guests will be responsible for calling in to make their own reservations and providing a credit card for the reservation by a certain date.
We are happy to provide one standard room per wedding for various members of the wedding to use prior to the start of the wedding.
It is a non-refundable $300.00 to reserve the date and a non-refundable $1000.00 90 days before the event. Both are applied to the final bill which is due by the conclusion of the wedding date.
Cash, bank card, Visa, American Express, Master Card & Discover.
Both deposits are non-refundable and the cancellation fee. Anything cancelled less than 90 days before is subject to the full final bill charge.

Yes, we do after the client has booked. Usually these are done about 6 to 8 months prior to the wedding. Email us to set up your appointment.
